sometimes I wonder if I should take a semester off of school to reflect on my future and to pursue internships and what not. Everyone else I know has internships or something like it and I’m just here derping around not really doing anything useful with my life.
I’m building my portfolio, but what will that do?
I need to create contacts and do stuff.
I’m not sure if continuing school would do anything for me until I really know what I want to do.
A part of me wants to take a few community college classes to test out what I want out of my life, rather than finishing school with a major that I feel half-ass about. But at the same time I’m not looking for getting my GE’s out of the way, it’s rather, the necessity of what I want to do with the rest of my life.
Two paths tug at my heart- illustration & photography. or maybe even theatrical design idk.
I’m really conflicted right now.
